After trying to relocate my Bitaxe 601 Gamma to a new location with a different Wifi SSID and password, I found it impossible to update the Wifi setting at the new location. The only way I could make the Wifi settings changes was to reconnect at the previously saved Wifi settings location. Then when I arrived at the new location and power up the Bitaxe it automatically connects to the updated Wifi settings.
Q: What happens in this situation if you enter the wrong SSID or password and click save? A: The easiest way to fix this is to create a Guest Wifi account on your Wifi Router with the incorrect Wifi settings that you saved into the Bitaxe, this will allow you to get a IP address from the Bitaxe, then you can log into AxeOS and change the Wifi settings to the correct Wifi settings.
